First time waxing can be nerve racking for sure. Jolyn was wonderful, very welcoming! She is personable and made me feel at ease treating the appointment like a supportive conversation and not a rigid/clinical appointment. Her "laid-back and funny" vibe helped get through it. The studio is cozy and clean. Definitely recommend 110% 😊
