I cannot recommend this shop. I called AAA for a tow after a minor accident in Richmond and they recommended Magallanes. The shop took more than 8 days to get in a part: I had to walk over and demand attention (no one returned calls). They charged me $1246 to fix the struts and clean up a fender. The body work was lousy and I should have demanded a re-do; I needed the car and let it go. Dumb. Juana was the one person who spoke to me.
