Seriously, the WORST experience I've had with a vet's office ever. A yr ago I brought my dying cat in for pallative care. Before the visit, I'd asked that her usual vet be contacted and her records faxed. Doubtful that happened. Right off the bat I had a tech yell at me "DID I KNOW HOW COLD SHE WAS?" No. We were in a heat wave; I was in shock and ill with deep grief. She was my soulmate cat. I'd asked for 2 simple proceedures to make her process more comfortable.
