A very happy client despite few issues with my new rim. John and the team in Mag&Tyre did a great job to look after me as a client and checked the issue although it was hard to figure out the source of the issue. The customer care is what I haven't seen for a long time and is top notch. John is impressive in terms of how he cares and look after clients. Love coming to MAG to get wheel alignment and new tires, the service is fast, staff are friendly and the store is very clean.
Had a punctured tyre and needed to get it replaced asap. Very friendly staff, was able to accommodate quickly and prices reasonable. Tea and coffee provided in a clean, well set up environment whilst waiting. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service! Will definitely come back for any tyre and auto needs!
