I couldn't be more impressed. John helped source a match for a flat tyre on my Mitsubishi Outlander so i wouldn't have to replace both on the rear. Every time he told me he would call me back he did and i even got a text to confirm i could come down any time after the tyre arrived. The fix was done in under 30 minutes and i was on my way. Both people at the front desk were friendly, the place is a well oiled machine.
Fantastic staff and service. The only place we have purchased tyres from for the last 20 years. We now travel down from Central Victoria for all our tyre needs. Thanks guys 😀
Such a lovely team!! I went in looking for a solution for my tyre lug nuts and dust caps (long story but trying to replace the anti-theft nut + bolts without the matching anti-theft key…) and John, Alden and Adam went above and beyond. They not only gifted me new nuts and the perfect matching dust caps but happily installed them on the spot and sent me off with a friendly wave (and a very handy referral to an expert VW mechanic).
