Good tyres at a good price. Friendly staff.
Not often do you go to a tyre shop and experience such friendly and helpful people. Four new Cooper tyres fitted within a few hours and even given a loan car to pick the kids up from school.
Great service. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area with, comfortable seats, magazines, cold water and hot drinks. Because l was an existing customer, they tried to fit in my puncture repair, rotate and wheel balance while l waited, even though it was only an hour or two before closing. Sadly, tyre was not repairable - replacement tyre arrived next day and was fitted while l waited. Reasonable price for tyre, no charge for balance and rotate, and free puncture repairs for life. Definitely recommended.
Mitchell was super helpful, I was only purchasing one rim and it was a low value sale for Mag and Turbo, but I was really well looked after, the pricing was competitive and the service fantastic. The location was easy to navigate with a large caravan and the work was completed quickly, even though the team were very busy that day.
Needed a puncture repair done and it was hit and miss whether or not it was repairable. Got a quote for a new Pilot Sport 5 just in case and it was cheaper than anyone else I’ve seen in Christchurch. In the end it was able to be repaired, this was done quicker than originally estimated too. Both Chris via email and Mitchell instore were helpful and professional. Really stoked with their work!
