Poor communication. They said they would contact us when they were able to source the nuts needed for tyres. Gave up waiting after a week of nothing and rang back only to be told they couldn’t supply the nuts required. Fine they could not supply but let us know. Go somewhere else for any tyre requirements where they actually value customers. We have 4 vehicles and will not be using these guys.

Edit, they called me today and were very apologetic and explained the circumstances, I'll add a star, and give them another chance, Still won't send me the email receipt after 2 emails of me asking for, and them saying to me they will email me it, when I picked the car up,, also got triangle tyres, that I said I didn't want, not the brand we spoke about, hense why I was wanting the receipt to see what they charged me for
