Zero stars! I am very disappointed in the integrity, business ethics and lack of compassion this company has towards its own employees as well as the installers they hire. After having conversations with former employees and installers, they all confirm that this is not a company to do business, or be employed, with. Keep in mind, this is only my opinion, but you'd be better off going elsewhere.
I am one of the 500+ sub contractor installers they talk about on their site. I did a measure for them and did not get paid for about 2 1/2 months. I did the installation and still have not been paid after 8 weeks. Installers, do you want to work with someone that doesn't pay in a timely fashion? Customers, if they don't pay their sub contractors you can be held responsible and have a lien placed against your property.
Wow! Where do I start with how wonderful this company is? Mike is one of the nicest owners I have ever met. He came in to our church with a fantastic attitude and amazing pricing for our needs. We liked the company, products, and pricing so much that we decided to put blinds throughout our entire church. Mac, that came to install was so nice and respectful that by the time he was done, he felt like family. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Highly recommended!!
