TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! 12/10 service with every interaction, I wish I had time to write about how wonderful they have been every step of the way, looking at a car I almost bought. Really helped me out in making a good decision. I wish they saw more than Mercedes so I could take all my cars here. Bonus points for having a human answer the phone over a robot every time!
MAG Motors did a service B maintenance on my Mercedes. I will continue to use them in the future.
Absolutely Terrible and humiliating experience!! I brought my car in for check engine light and I told them I needed a thermostat. The manager told me that they would run a diagnostic and determine if that was the case. They told me NO I don’t need a thermostat and that I just need to have a coolant leak repaired. Which I paid them $600. Less than 2 weeks later only driving 2 days to work and home because I was out of town for a week and my car was park in my driveway, my check engine light comes on and they tell me I need a... read more
