New to the Area & after experiences in Melbourne where felt like “just a number” at various Clinics, I needed to find a Doctor felt comfortable with. I found Dr Chloe Kummer and highly recommend Her & Staff at Maffra Medical Centre to all.
Great doctors, great receptionist
Doctors are ok, but expensive. $160 for an appointment with no concession. Receptionist named Jackie was incredibly rude on the phone, cutting me off, talking over me and trying to hurry me off the line. I was attempting to determine if I needed to attend another appointment after message was received on my phone about further correspondence and was told by Jackie “listen I don’t need to hear your personal information” and continue to speak in a rude tone.
