I have been going to Ashly for about 15 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. She is always willing to get me in and if I have to reschedule it has always been accommodating. The ladies here are wonderful and would not chang salons for anything. I get my hair colored every 5-6 weeks and also get it cut. I know what to expect when I am going in and if ever late I also know what to expect. These ladies will work on multiple clients at one time and know how to schedule to get everything in. My husband and I have been seeing Ashly & Amy for the past 8 years. It has been such a joy to see them grow! My husband is a retired United States Marine and is extremely particular when it comes to his haircuts. I always get the same thing when I have an appointments cut and color or root touch up. To this day Ashly still makes sure I’m happy with how it looks. When I walk out of the salon I feel relaxed and pampered. I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years and I’m very surprised at the lack of customer service I have experienced in the past couple of days. They are very quick to blame and not listen to their customers if something does not turn out right. I’ve experienced some green streaks in my hair and left a message asking to give me a call back. The hair dresser is a novice and if you have long thick hair she will thin it out in order to fit a haircut, wash, and style into a 60 minute appointment. Do not go here!!!
