I called for a walkin and told him I'd be there in 5 minutes. I got there in 7 so he took another customer. Very unprofessional. *Updating to respond to his response below: I was not 7 minutes late - I arrived in seven minutes, after agreeing to be there in 5. I was therefore 2 minutes late, and by your own policy, should not have been canceled on.

I’ve lived in both SF and Chicago and Maestro is easily the best barber I’ve ever had. I consistently get compliments from everyone I know after getting a cut/beard trim from him. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was a customer for over 2 years until I had to relocate abruptly. He’s the best barber in the area and his prices are very reasonable. Setting up an appointment online was seamless, and his skills and service were consistently excellent. He’s a great listener and makes sure he knows exactly what the customer is asking for. I was going monthly for skin/bald fades, and people complimented my hair all the time. Highly recommend!
