Very dissatisfied with the buildings security. My 700$ package got stolen and the building said it was not their responsibility. I live here and believe me, this is the worst building I have ever lived in. DEVIMCO the builder does not respond to legal letters unless mandated to appear in court. WARNING!!! If you’re thinking about living here, don’t. Fire alarm goes off every week, at least twice (not to mention the testing of the fire alarms that goes on for a whole week with the constant noise from 8am till 6pm). Had a HUGE leaking problem that affected not only me but the apartments above and the corridors.
