Hi there, just want to do a review on Carolina services. Carol does an excellent job keeping our building clean and well maintained. She is always hardworking and very responsible. She is also super kind and sympathetic, always greeting me and others residents with a warm smile. Thanks to her dedication, the building always looks spotless and welcoming. We truly appreciate her effort and presence every day. Take a good care of Carolin and she deserves the Best. Danize

I want to highlight the excellent work of the cleaning staff, especially Carolina, who takes great care of the pool and common areas. She is constantly cleaning (multiple times a day), and it really shows how much effort she puts into maintaining the space. That being said, the condition of these areas is often not a reflection of their work, but rather of poor resident behavior and management.
