Service apres-vente extrêmement décevant. Nous avons des problèmes avec notre thermopompe installée il y a 1 an et demie. Le technicien s'est déplacé une fois, ne connaît même pas ses codes d'erreur. Le module extérieur a cessé de fonctionner. Depuis personne ne nous répond directement au seul numéro qui est censé couvrir plusieurs villes, impossible de laisser un message vocal car la boite vocale n'est pas configurée.
