We had a very poor result when we used Maestri Pools to refurbish our pool. It took more than double the estimated time to complete and there were times when no crews showed up for weeks at a time even when the weather was good for construction. There were many issues with the pool when it was complete and Gary ghosted us for almost 6 months when we tried to get him to come and fix the issues. Gary Maestri appears to be an honest and knowledgeable pool builder. We hired him to update our pool. The job took much longer than he told us to expect, mainly because he had only one person coming sporadically. There were many substandard and poorly executed parts of our remodel and when we asked Gary to come back to discuss the problems immediately upon completion and well within our year of guarantee, he completely ghosted us. I love our brand-new natural blue colored free-form pool. We bordered the outside of the pool in flagstone and it looks absolutely incredible! We also enjoyed picking out all of the finishes, it has brought countless hours of joy to our family and was worth the money, the wait and the construction along the way. I interviewed different pool contractors and instantly decided on Maestri Pools because of Gary's knowledge, experience and kindness.
