Very unprofessional and should not be used under any circumstances.
We needed help with a flood study and got in touch with Jose. We had stressed to him the timeline we were on, and he assured us he would help. After texts, messages, emails, and voicemails, he had no regard to simply let us know he wasn't going to be helping and completely ignored us. He came recommended so we were hopeful only to be disappointed, stressed, and having wasted two weeks of time waiting on him.
I've been working for them for approximately 1.5 years. It's a great company that takes care of its employees.
