Dr. Federico is awesome and very professional. However, the experience with the front desk was disappointing. When my daughter called, she was told that Dr. Federico does not see anyone under 40, which was confusing because my son and brother-in-law have both seen him before. The staff member she spoke with was rude and unwilling to schedule their appointment, so I ended up calling myself and received a completely different response. Dr Maese & Staff are very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly & fun. They make "having to go to the doctor" more enjoyable than other doctors I've been to previously.
This doctor consistently keeps his office running efficiently while still taking the time to truly listen to his patients. He is thorough and thoughtful, ensuring that blood work is reviewed carefully so he can provide the most appropriate care. I appreciate his dedication and attention to detail—I highly recommend him.
called them a little after 9am and no one answered the phone. double checked that they were open and drove 40 mins on a saturday morning only for the door to be locked and the parking lot empty, with no response to any phone calls. very unprofessional and very disappointing.
This place is horrible Dr Maese he was good. But that front desk unprofessional no medical knowledge and rude..he needs to get better help cause those young girls are horrible. Found me another doctor!!!! He needs more diversity those hispanic girls are pityful!!!!
