The care and attention that is put into every aspect of this restaurant shines through in the quality and authenticity of the food, the modern yet comfortable aesthetic, and the sweet and knowledgeable staff. The head chef and owner is actively working in the kitchen and on the floor, and you can see how much the staff loves working with him. It is an overall great experience every time we come. I cannot recommend it enough.
The food was decent overall. I really enjoyed the fries and bao, but I was disappointed with the ramen. Both the mini ramen and the tonkotsu ramen lacked flavor and depth. Given that the restaurant emphasizes its broth being prepared for 16 hours, I expected a much richer and more flavorful broth.
