Ended up with a ton of ingrowns while using the products she recommended to prevent them. Stopped getting waxing started laser at smooth effects and now remain hairless the odd touch ups needed a couple times a year.
If I remember correctly, the email reminder says to be 10 mins early. The appointment is downtown....you need to give extra time for parking. I loved getting my lashes done and chatting. You were the bonus appointment. Romeo always had me booked in first♥️🐾 nuggle time

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional and disappointing I arrived just 7 minutes late due to parking issues (which were not clearly explained beforehand), and they refused service with no option for a refund or rescheduling. Went to see Maela for a beautiful set of lashes. She made me feel so comfortable and the whole session was relaxing and so nice! Highly recommend going to see her for all your lash needs and waxing needs!!
