I don’t know how she is a doctor. It sounded like she was high off something they might want to check into that…. She was very rude and condescending… didn’t care about anything especially the wellbeing of patients. I do not recommend going to her unless you want to be dismissed.

I saw Dr. Mae Young almost 3 months ago and was very disturbed by her bedside manners. She seemed unconcerned and had a very unpleasant facial expression. When she entered the room she was cold. She wasn’t very interactive she seemed as though she didn’t want to touch me. After she told me I have carpal tunnel syndrome, she gave me a brace and left the room without telling what I could do to minimize the pain while I wait for an EMG. I have to say, I waited 3 days to write this. I wanted to cool down and get some perspective. 3 days later, I’m still upset. From the moment she walked in, I felt as if I bothered her. She asked the reason for my visit, I answered the best I could, She was dismissive and condescending. I’m not a doctor, she scoffed at me. Her diagnosis was on point, but her demeanor was unprofessional. Zero bedside manner, and very abrasive. A simple cortisone injection was done with in a careless manner. Dr. Young has no compassion whatsoever for her patients. I have a badly sprained wrist( I was injured on the job) and was told by her it could take a month or two to feel better. She refused to write me a doctors note to take 1 week off. I climb ladders, power wash, scrape, sand, paint etc. She told me all my work can be done wearing a brace. I don’t understand how this woman has a medical license. While being seen by her, she made me feel like my injuries were in my head and I SHOULD PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN. I waited months for a follow up after an MRI and Dr YOUNG was baffled by my wrist injuries and told me “MY INJURY WAS ABOVE HER PAY GRADE” and to “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE cause she couldn’t help me!” She said I had a deformity she noticed on the mri!
