UPDATE : I did get my refund Made an appointment for consultation over a month ago and paid the consultation fee.Got there today and she was running way behind and “forgot” why I was there (yikes). She did text me to let me know she was running late, but I was already on the road. She did offer to refund the consultation fee. I’m waiting for that. Stay tuned
I recommend this salon to anyone who values great customer service! Mae is very welcoming, helpful and gentle (I've had people who were so rough that it felt like they were ripping my hair from the roots). The facilities were also CLEAN & SPOTLESS. I was so pleased with her skills and her service.. schedule an appointment - you will not be disappointed.
