I got the consultation (hair measured and told a price) and scheduled the install. We agreed I would pay the entire price even though I would need to return after the other part of my hair grew out. The day prior I was texted saying she left off a step and it would be an additional $350 because she didn't measure my hair. I let her know she did measure and told me the length, but ok if she "forgot" to tell me the price for that step. The initial install went fine. UPDATE : I did get my refund Made an appointment for consultation over a month ago and paid the consultation fee.Got there today and she was running way behind and “forgot” why I was there (yikes). She did text me to let me know she was running late, but I was already on the road. She did offer to refund the consultation fee. I’m waiting for that. Stay tuned
