I should have read the reviews before I visited Dixon’s establishment. Was lied to about the lab not running the ordered culture…. Specimen was never sent.. Most recent visit I was lied to about the lab again. Specimen wasn’t sent AGAIN. I was also lied on in my clinical notes about using a system I hadn’t ever heard of until I researched it…. Mae Dixon asked me to get a form from the health department that doesn’t exist in order to get my tdap shot and then yelled at me about my prescriptions that I need and then refused to give me my prescription.
Not a good experience at all. Not very genuine, barely asked any questions, and did not seem like she wanted to be there.
My visit went well. NP Dixon was very thorough and she paused for concern for any questionable answers. She answered all of my questions and even took the time to set up a referral that my previous provider kept blowing me off.
