Monica was so kind and helped my Mother in law with her hearing aid repair on very short notice !
Monica is an excellent Audiologist and would highly recommend anyone with any hearing issues to set-up an appointment to have your hearing tested by Monica at MAE Audiological Services on Lowry Avenue located in Jeannette. She is very thorough administrating the hearing test. Monica has a Hearing Booth and Head Set that she uses which eliminates all of the outside noises and sounds which helps make the Hearing Test very accurate to diagnose any hearing problems. I was born with a significant hearing deficit and have been going to audiologists and hearing aid providers for the last 50 years. Of all the audiologists, Monica, owner of MAE hearing, is the absolute best!! She does NOT try to sell you or push you to buy high dollar aids to make a sale. Was told to go here by blue cross, went in and was not properly fitted for hearing aids she used a old pair of hearing aids and no gauge. Hearing aids constantly crack , due to being on top of the ear not behind. The wires are too short told her she was to order longer ones they were the same length. Have been back several time was told need bigger tips tried them then was told needs smaller ones they didn't work. She didn't want to call the rep to show the problem. Was here once a long time ago when my son was little. The doctor said he was deaf and couldn't hear but she tested him here with a different type of audio testing and it was all good. Most understanding and sympathetic!
