Our experience with Madtree and their events staff has been awful, and though I never leave reviews, this needs to be shared. During Covid, we placed a deposit for an event that was canceled, and were told that that deposit could be applied to any event in the future, penalty-free. We went back and forth with Madtree over the course of more than a year letting them know we were no longer living in the area, but may as well reserve the nonrefundable deposit since we have family in the area.
