Scott and the rest of the staff are friendly, professional and get the desired results. At close to 80 years old I have been to several physical therapists in the greater Prescott region. Madsen is definitely the best. The entire experience was actually a pleasure from the front desk to even the periodic uncomfortable moves required to gain mobility after a total knee replacement. Kudos and thanks for your help.

Scott is a wonderful physical therapist, and I have returned to him several times over the years for various injuries. He is very patient and understanding and provides excellent care. The staff is super friendly, and you can tell he enjoys his work. He also has a great bedside manner, which I feel is still a rarity among medical professionals. I highly recommend him if you need PT.
I have seen Scott for three separate injuries. He has helped me get back to normal everytime. Everytime I see him, he has given me paperwork with exercises and stretches to help me, even after we are done with my appointments. My most recent visits were for a pinched nerve in my neck. My insurance was giving me a hard time getting an MRI. I went to eight visits with a chiropractor and got nothing out of it. Scott knew what needed to be done just by me explaining my symptoms.
