4 star because we bought a poorly maintained house and lawn at our previous place. 65% crab grass and not very healthy lawn with lots of weeds. For that, he did a 5 star job! First lawn in spring to green up. The problem was that he uses a one size fits all approach that includes 4 fertilizer spreads per year so I was mow grow, mow grow, over n over way too much.
