I have been so happy with my decision to choose Madsen Homes to build my Parade of Homes home in Rockville. They are very organized, allow me to see all of the details around the scheduling, design choices, etc. They are also good with the attention to detail. I enjoyed the entire process and would definitely choose them again in the future.
Our new home is truly beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. Madsen's entire team went out of thier way to make this process seamless. Considering we were moving from out of state, knowing everything was being addressed removed a lot of the stress. We couldn't be happier with the end result and Madsen's attention to detail. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new home.
I suspect you will see a lot of 1 & 2 star reviews coming in over the next few years. Cutting corners on flooring takes time to appear! Three in our neighborhood have already had to replace laminate flooring! My floor began to look horrible. Laminate flooring is calked at the base boards (this is a no-no) and the floor was peeling and falling apart. Pulled up the flooring and there is NO VAPOR BARRIOR!
