I was recommended to Dr. Madsen’s office through a friend. I was looking for a doctor that not only looked out for my general health but could handle my thyroid dysfunction and pernicious anemia. Both have similar symptoms when off and it’s better to track together. Dr. Madsen is not only personable, he is very knowledgeable. He has not only been able to keep my issues on track, he listens to my other issues and looks out for my overall health and well being, now that I’m getting up there in age! Lol! I have consistently had a very positive expierience at this office. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. What stands out most is the level of care provided by Dr Madsen. He takes the time to listen carefully, explain clearly and answers all of my questions. I genuinely feel cared for and not rushed during my visits. I would confidently recommend anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate healthcare provider.
Every time I come to see Dr Madsen it’s a great experience ! I feel seen, heard and taken care of no matter what. He and his staff are always professional and show interest in not only my health but my personal life as well. I would recommend him 10000 times to anyone !
0 stars... I saw Lon Madsen a few times and will NOT be returning, enough was enough. I was most recently seen for back pain and really had to push to get imaging ordered. When X-ray results were uploaded, he called me to review them, and told me I had "a perfect spine", “the spine of a 15-year-old" and he refused to order an MRI. I later saw a spine specialist and finally had the MRI I needed, and it showed two bulging discs and spinal stenosis among a few other things.
