Unprofessional. I went in a few years ago for a physical and to get a refill for a prescription. He wanted to change the dosage of my medication, which I was fine with, but then he changed the formulation from IR to XR without having a conversation with me about it. I had been taking the IR formulation for years without any issues. When I messaged them, informing them of the formulation change, they responded with “THIS IS A BETTER VERSION OF IT” and that he refused to change the prescription unless I scheduled ANOTHER visit... read more
Please listen to the reviews. The Dr is nice at least in my opinion however I like many others in the reviews was billed for things that I wasn't treated for in my appointment. You'll have to fight with insurance to get it fixed because the office will never own up to anything or fix a mistake that they made. Save yourself the headache, time, and money and go somewhere else.
Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and does not take your concerns into consideration. Will treat you like you are stupid if you do not align your beliefs with his own. Been going to him for roughly 4 years and will not be back.
Dr. Madsen’s office is one of the most unprofessional offices I have dealt with in a long time. My bonus adult daughter made an appt to be seen to have paperwork filled out, the appt was scheduled weeks in advance. Dr. Madsen instead of calling my daughter, called and spoke to her Biological Mother without her permission.
