Excellent customer service. The new owner has been there since May 2011. One of my friends was looking at my car and thought the tie rod was bad and that my tire would fall off soon. i took it in for this to be repaired. The owner took me into his clean shop while my car was lifted and showed me what my friend was looking at. He explained that it is normal for the tie rod to move like that and then grabbed my tire and explained when a tie rod is bad the tire will move back and forth and that the tie rod is good still.
