Buyer beware. This builder has significant communication issues and seems more focused on protecting his liability and bottom line than on the customer experience. What’s promised as a “custom home” does not feel truly custom in practice. He discourages (and may become upset about) direct communication with subcontractors — something he has called his “pet peeve” — which can make the process feel more difficult and less transparent. This company is building a new construction residential home next door to my home. No regard for our neighboring private property fence, which was broken during excavation & foundation work. His project so behind schedule owners had to extend permit. He won't post his business sign as the home he's building isn't his aesthetic. Low quality. Would not recommend.
