Madrid skateboard factory- CHECK. Tour led by the leadership team- CHECK. Every throwback design, one offs, and special boards- CHECK. Old school deck, used for graphics test, assembled while we waited, and signed by Jerry Madrid- PRICELESS!!
Jerry and Angela are the kindest business owners! Great customer service, and you can even ask for a facility tour! A Lil hard to find the entrance on Google maps as it's tucked away in a corner, but it's worth visiting in person! Beautiful skateboards and awesome collaborations! Bring the Back to the Future and Stranger Things board's back please 😀
I purchased a board online and when it arrived, it did not look anything like the board they had pictured. Total bait and switch. Not only that, but Madrid is also using Chinese wood now... Edit: I did reach out and Craig didn't seem to be bothered by the bait and switch, no explanation about the graphics. So maybe if you're cutting cost with the graphics why spend the extra penny for the made in USA stamp SMH. I'm going to post the same picture I sent Craig, the public can decide.
