Everyone is nice and well informed. They have a long history in the skateboard industry and they are very good with customer service.

Had a great time at Madrid Skateboard Factory. They were celebrating the 40TH anniversary of Back to the Future. Limited Skateboard release. Even had cake too.
Madrid skateboard factory- CHECK. Tour led by the leadership team- CHECK. Every throwback design, one offs, and special boards- CHECK. Old school deck, used for graphics test, assembled while we waited, and signed by Jerry Madrid- PRICELESS!!
Jerry and Angela are the kindest business owners! Great customer service, and you can even ask for a facility tour! A Lil hard to find the entrance on Google maps as it's tucked away in a corner, but it's worth visiting in person! Beautiful skateboards and awesome collaborations! Bring the Back to the Future and Stranger Things board's back please 😀
