Good vibes all around. Loved the atmosphere, the food was good and our server was friendly and took good care of us.
Honestly, the wait time at Madres Brunch in Monrovia is ridiculous. You literally spend more time waiting for your food than you do actually eating it. What should have been a nice brunch turned into sitting around hungry and wondering when our food was ever going to come out. I understand restaurants get busy, especially during brunch hours, but the wait was beyond unreasonable. Employees were wonderful.
Madres Brunch in Monrovia was the best. Besides the delicious food, the service was above and beyond. It was my first time visiting and plan to go again for breakfast!
Our party of 9 was seated immediately, and serviced promptly! Our server, Luz, checked in with us regularly and even comped us some drinks. I ordered The One breakfast sandwich, which was an amazing birria sandwich with an incredible consomme. Overall, the energy from the staff was amazing, they genuinely seem to enjoy working here and with each other. I would absolutely recommend eating here for breakfast or brunch. 😁
