Absolutely Pitiful...give it 0 stars if I could...when I first had my accident the last of Aug/2024...minor...I ask about how long it would take to get my car in...he said about a month or so...today being December 20th...just got my car back two weeks ago....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..SKETCHY.
Full disclosure...I'm a claims adjuster who facilitates auto repairs all over Atlantic Canada. Whenever I have a client close to Madore's, I know that they will be well taken care of, and I get quick, friendly and efficient communication. There may be a wait sometimes before repairs start, but that's systemic in the industry right now, and also shows that Madore's is a popular shop.
