Had a bad experience today. Despite the road problems of today, they assured my daughter (several times) that they could accommodate her until 6:30 pm. As expected my daughter was 30 minutes late, then they made her wait 30 additional minutes to tell her they could not do the 4D sonogram tonight. They then denied knowing who could have told her that (two people answering phones) so they lie in addition to treating new clients poorly. Needless to say we will not return.
