My wife was at Madonna Manor for rehab. The staff, therapy and soical worker was amazing!! I highly recommend this place!! Thank you for everything you done for us!!!
My mother came there about a month ago. We went by the rating that St E. Hospital gave us to look at it said Madonna was exceptional in all 3 categories. What a lie! Not sure how long ago that rating was done, but it was so wrong. We got there at 12 in the afternoon that night at 10:30 mom still had no medication. I went back the next morning and they told me that the pharmacy did not get her meds to them until 3:30 am so no night meds at all. ❤️❤️ My mother lived there for six years. She started in Assisted Living and ended her time in Skilled Nursing. She received exceptional care all her time there. We were treated with great respect, dignity and care! God bless the staff and residents of Madonna Manor!
LONG REVIEW BUT IF YOU PLAN TO PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE I WOULD READ THIS! My mother unfortunately was placed here from the hospital for rehab because all the other places were full. For the first couple of nights we thought this place might be ok until we started noticing things that was not good at all. My family is very close to my mom so one of us were there every night! we noticed that they were not changing her clothes for like three days in a row even when we asked them to!
