My mom has been a resident of Madonna Manor for over 4 years. She was in independent living and the facility/apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. The best part of having our aging Mom living at Madonna Manor is one of their activities’ managers. Her name is Kate Smith!!! Kate has been a true blessing to our family and she has always treated and respected my Mom as she would her own. Kate is not just a person who works there, to us she is one of our family members. My wife was at Madonna Manor for rehab. The staff, therapy and soical worker was amazing!! I highly recommend this place!! Thank you for everything you done for us!!!

My mother came there about a month ago. We went by the rating that St E. Hospital gave us to look at it said Madonna was exceptional in all 3 categories. What a lie! Not sure how long ago that rating was done, but it was so wrong. We got there at 12 in the afternoon that night at 10:30 mom still had no medication. I went back the next morning and they told me that the pharmacy did not get her meds to them until 3:30 am so no night meds at all. ❤️❤️ My mother lived there for six years. She started in Assisted Living and ended her time in Skilled Nursing. She received exceptional care all her time there. We were treated with great respect, dignity and care! God bless the staff and residents of Madonna Manor!
