Nicole is a superstar. She’s a lovely Congolese lady who I always can trust to treat my natural 4C hair. I make sure to call always prior to my appointment. She is professional, always punctual, and very humble. I love her salon and I will always come back for her magical natural hair treatment that leaves me feeling confident and beautiful! Whoever it was that ended up taking my appointment was very unprofessional. I asked to reschedule and told her to charge the card I used for the down payment for the hair she had opened. She stated that she doesn’t take card. She yelled at me and said I was never charged a down payment (I have the receipt) and she grabbed the bag of hair I brought to the appointment from my hands. I love this hair salon! Since I have naturally frizzy wavy hair, it’s hard to find a salon where they are able to define my waves very well, so I always have to straighten my hair but this salon definitely gives the best moisture and style to your hair! I would totally recommended this place!
