They didn't have what I needed it was a complicated part. I had my old part with me to compare when finding something that might work. Jordan fixed my old one. He took the time to fix it and test it before I left. That's awesome customer service. I cannot thank him enough. :)
Excellent customer service at the Home Hardware location in Madoc. The staff are helpful and friendly. Good selection of items. I was waiting outside of the store for my husband with my young daughter and puppy and one of the staff members was leaving and said if you’re waiting, go inside, we like dogs (especially puppies) and kids! So I went inside and the cashier and other staff members immediately came over and welcomed us and offered my puppy a treat and my daughter a sucker too!
