Stranded on the side of i-45. I searched Google for the closest gas station I was closest to madness tire and rim so I went ahead and called ahead of time just to make sure that they were in business and everything was above board that they had the tire in stock etc. Etc. This guy answered said he’s checking for my tire & fell asleep on the phone. Literally snoring away, just now 6:12 am 8/8.

Called them for a flat tire fix, they came, $500 down the drain later and they didn’t even fix the tire. It was flat again within 30 minutes, had to fill it up and now it’s flat again, don’t call them. Yes this is the right shop.

My son and daughter-in-law were stranded on the side of I-45 and unfortunately they called this place. They came out banged a new tire on and charged $400 . I understand pricing in certain situations BUT that’s if it is fixed. They barely made it to the destination and the tire was flat and they barely made it home. My kids were put in an awful situation they should not have had to experience. They are just starting out in life and learning very young not to trust people.
