I’ve had a great experience training at MadLab Performance. At my first visit, Dan did an assessment looking at things like my balance, core strength, and whether I was equally strong on both sides of my body. From there, my workouts with Michael have been tailored specifically to me and what I need as an acro student-athlete, especially building strength and helping with injury prevention. So far so good; attentive trainer. Healing; plenty of space.
Been going here regularly for a few years now. It really has improved my health, I have more strength, more flexibility, and more stamina. My regular trainer is Ricky, but all of the trainers I've met are very good. I am in my late 60s and they work with me to challenge me, while making sure I don't hurt myself! I go twice a week and its well worth the money!
Found mad labs when I was needing training specific to my personal needs. Been to other trainers in Eldersburg and it was always the same thing. Dan evaluated my personal needs and put together a plan with my personal trainer Ricky and its has made a major difference. Even getting some compliments from friends and family and can do sooo much more today that I was capable of a year ago. Super flexible and super nice crew.
The trainers here are so personable and detail oriented. The space and staff are warm and welcoming! Mad Lab has helped me build not only my strength and mobility but knowledge and ability to maintain these things outside of the gym!
