Sold me a faulty UMIK-1. I told them it was dead on arrival and they won't accept it back. They are ignoring my emails. David at Madisound has been awful.
Five Stars! I’m a big fan of Madisound. An owner, Adam Johnson, is completely honest, deeply knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve dealt with Madisound since 2014, and, if they have what I need, I order from them. In addition to Adam’s merits, Madisound’s prices for parts are better than I’ve found elsewhere. Hardware and things came no problem. When I called for help assembling, I was berated and made to feel small by [the owner?] Adam. Not sure if it was a bad day for him, but I'll never give him any business again after being treated like that.
