Very rude!
Don’t allow them to place you on budget billing without your consent. You end up paying way more than your actual bill. I owed $12 past due and paid $200 and they still came and shut me off and then made me pay $500 more to get it turned on even though I had the confirmation and the guy was still standing in my driveway. Don’t put to pay online on the bill then not explain it will take two days to go through then make someone pay to get it turned back on in 90 degree heat for their kids.
3 properties in Madisonville and just invested in a commercial property. Why? Because I believe in our town and this team makes it easy to do that. Thank you
