A cat we have had for fifteen years and had to have him euthanized this week. Julie was so very helpful on the phone to set up an appointment and get the proper paperwork filled out. I took him in the following day, which I must say was a very difficult thing to do. When I got there they gave me a carrier to put him in to bring him in. They didn't rush anything and gave me a chance to say goodbye before they took him into the back. My wife and I have just a few cats and more strays that seem to appear and their numbers grow almost daily. We both can not watch an animal suffer with injury or sickness. We both work and aren't able to take off to get them treatment. This veterinary clinic is staffed with the most polite and helpful people and veterinary Dr's you will ever find anywhere else. Friendly service, good explanation of issue, all my questions answered, drove 30 minutes to get there, it was worth it, wish they weren't so far away. Had my duck assessed. I recommend them.
Really appreciated Dr. Trottens expertise on our goat. He took time with the exam to make sure we weren’t missing anything and explained what we should be planning to do moving forward. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Definitely worth the drive.
