Brett Chappell rip my family off for 143,000.00 . His exact words were I'm a man of my word . Well obviously he is a liar
March 10. They've missed two weeks pick up in past month or so due no doubt to the weather. OK, I understand and can accept that. But when I asked for a pro rated adjustment to my bill for the two weeks, the "lady" I spoke with became rude and blunt saying that no adjustments would be issued and if I didn't like it I could have someone else pick up my trash, then hung up on me. Today is Thursday March 6th and no one let us know, but we will receive no trash pick up this week. We will not be reimbursed...it's just our tough luck. We pay 3 months in advance. Pea Ridge Trash made it this week, no problems. Go figure.
I had disposal service with this company for a couple of years. The service was unreliable, at best, so we made the decision in 2012 to go with another company. We called to cancel the service and the next week the trash can was picked up. Now, in May of 2014 I'm getting a letter from this company saying that my service was canceled due to unpaid charges and they are turning me over to collections.
