This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Our waitress name was Jill. After driving an hour, I was looking for a nice restaurant in the community to take my children to while visiting my adult son. This restaurant seemed to have a great ambiance and good food. Great food, great service and VIP service for our four legged friends We were meeting family and looking for somewhere to meet, chose Madison’s on Main based on reviews. Upon arriving and seeing they had patio seating we inquired if it was dog friendly to which we received an “absolutely “ in response. When our server returned she had a special k9 menu and a ‘Madison’s on Main’ scarf for our Bichon Jesse. Food was delicious, price was good, service was great.
My wife had went with some friends that frequent the resteraunt. She came home telling me how great it was.....fast forward to yesterday, Friday night. She says let's for dinner. We get seated in the bar area and order appetizers and a drink. Appetizers show up and they were great...( coconut shrimp) food shows up and we order another drink. I had ordered the meatloaf dinner via doordash and had a poor experience. I reached out to the restaurant to share with them my experience. I knew there wasnt much they could do on their end with doordash but wanted to pass along the issues I had. After a brief talk with the manager I ended up speaking with Madison.
