Terrible customer service they put you on hold as soon as the call starts then hang up and don't answer when you call back
This place is a dive. Waisted my time coming here for an interview. Unprofessional, dirty and mismanaged. The young man who gave me the interview was fine but that woman in the back was rude, nasty and weird. Didn’t shake my hand. Didn’t look me in the eye. A brutally honest review from a Sagittarius... Madison York Rego Park congregate Care level 3 is regulated as a drain stop to catch society's troubled outcasts before their hitting rock bottom. I give administrator Deana Sollitto kudos, especially during coronavirus of which she handled adroitly and resiliently, including the subsequent staffing and supply issues it wrought.
