I recently signed a lease back in Feb. By March I noticed my AC wasn't working. The first property manager was having a hard time finding a contractor. They have a new property manager and she found a contractor, set up a date for them to look at the unit. Unfortunately I needed a new unit. After a few months we finally got one installed. It took a little longer than what we expected but she kept me updated and it finally was installed.
