Never use this company! The owner has the most abusive and aggressive behavior. Inexcusable and a discredit to his hard and competent workers. His customers have spread the word about never using this company again and tell others to avoid at all costs. All mistakes are made by him and his lack of listening and patience and then he turns it back on his customers, screaming, storming off, and needing some serious anger management!
Madison Vinyl was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & passionate about their business. I found them very easy to work with and felt very comfortable asking advice knowing I would get an informed and honest opinion. I will not hesitate to hire them again when the need arises. I very highly recommend Madison Vinyl.
I've never had an experience so distasteful. Daniel K**** (The owner of Madison Vinyl Windows) came by Friday July 16th 2021 for an estimate on a window Install. I needed two large gable windows installed in my attic. Before the scheduled quote I explained that my contractor would create the frame and another company was making the windows. We needed their installation services because, as you can imagine, a crane of some sort would be needed to elevate and hold in place the large windows.
