I have lived in the village going on two years now and i haven't had a single problem out of neighbors or management. The rules are simple and easy to follow.
we've lived here a few months now and haven't had any issues. the neighborhood is quiet, and Brandi has helped us a lot ! our trailer is nice and big and we love it !
I've lived here and have friends/family live here. For the most part as long as you follow the rules, pay your lot rent on time and take care of your Trailer it's not a bad place.
the place bites.poor mangement.only enforce the rules on who they want
