I took my baby girl Lola in because she got really sick really fast and scared me…they not only took her back relatively quick but treated her just as fast and every time she had an accident they just cleaned it up without anything said…that staff loved my baby girl and treated her so well…I highly recommend this place if you ever have an animal emergency…very respectful staff thank you all for treating my baby so good
Update: If they don't like the review you post to Google, they'll call Animal Control to do a welfare check on your animal. By the way, she's doing great and I didn't need to spend $2000 with you. If I had spent $2000 with you, I wouldn't have had enough money to take her to the vet that truly helped us and let me take supplies home to care for her so I could afford to treat her. Profit over patients all day. I get that it's an ER, but the desire to make more money definitely has compromised the compassion in this place. I really thought looking at the negative reviews that some people were giving, they were likely overexaggerating. But after seeing a doc at Town & Country, I now can compare and say that the vet I encountered at this hospital most certainly prioritized profit. My dog was gasping and drooling because of a wooden popsicle stick that was stuck in the back of his throat. Madison Veterinary Emergency took my dog in immediately and had it removed in a matter of minutes. I really don’t think he would’ve made it if we hadn’t taken him to MVE. Thank you, Dr. Moyer for your excellent care!
So much love for this place. My baby was pooping blood, get her here ASAP, and they xrayed and found rocks in her stomach and one in her rectum. Fed her chicken and induced vomiting and got the two in her belly. Going home with meds to treat her pain and any infection. Would totally recommend them for emergencies. The whole crew is great.
