They "give away" people's beloved animals with no explanation and then can not provide information of who they gave them to. Beware, they run a shady practice.
We had to euthanize our sweet cat tonight, a decision that is never easy, and the staff here was very compassionate. They do a difficult job very well, with kindness and care. Thank you.
Was it very expensive, yes. Was there an extremely long wait, yes. But overall, the staff was friendly, experienced and compassionate! They did everything possible to help make my dog feel better. It’s nice to know that they are nearby where my veterinarian’s office is closed.
The best place hands down! From the receptionist to the ladies in the back! They are some of the sweetest people. Doctor Lollie Hayles is so sweet and so caring to your animals! I will definitely go back if needed!
