I was recommended to this emergency clinic by my primary vet’s office when they were closed. I want to highlight that the receptionist who answered my call was very kind, compassionate and allowed me to bring my senior kitty in that very same day. She did explain the vet was currently performing surgery and it may take a while before being seen. Dr. Tucker was the one who saw us and she’s exceptional and was very knowledgeable as well as kind. Dr.Tucker took excellent care of our boxer. Explained to us what we can do to help the next time and the entire team was really quick to get our boxer baby looked at quickly.
I just wanted to write a review to thank Dr. Hayles and her team for exceptional care of my dog Ollie. Unfortunately, he was feeling unwell and stopped eating, this progressed over two days, at which point we decided to take him here. Dr. Hayles did xrays and bloodwork right away and gave us three options of how to treat him. Wow, this will forever be our emergency vet. Just as a reminder to folks that post negative reviews because it’s expensive, it’s an emergency vet. The costs are far higher than your regular vet visits. My cat was extremely sick and they were able to help him immediately and get the care he needed. These people are highly trained professionals who do everything they can to assist these animals. Thank you Madison Veterinary for helping us through a stressful experience.
I had to bring my beloved girl in at 930pm on a Friday. Everybody was so nice and kind to use during our emergency. The staff was welcoming, the took amazing care of our girl. We are so beyond thankful for their help and getting our Sadie back to being better. We are so lucky to have an emergency vet here and I’ll continue to tell the whole town how wonderful this place is. To the staff who cared for Sadie: thank you so much. We were all so worried and y’all really came through for us.
