Upon our initial visit we had a wonderful experience. The vet tech we had both times was wonderful. Doctor on first visit was great. Second visit and second doctor super impatient, made us feel dumb for bringing our dog in to have site checked. In a pinch place will do.
We showed up and from the start to finish these ladies were AMAZING. Thank you guys for taking such good care of our Moosey boy!
This vet is absolutely fantastic, if you have an emergency this is absolutely the place you want your pet to be. I felt as though they genuinely cared for my pet as if they were their own child. Without the emergency care we received our cat (henry) likely wouldn’t have recovered from ingesting a lily, but thankfully he’s doing great now. So thank you everyone!
This was our first time at MVE and we didn’t regret walking in the door. They took care of our small issue and took care of our sweet girl. They took the time to be thorough and made us feel comfortable with her care. That means so much to pet parents who love their babies so much. Thank you for being so good to our Knoxlei girl!
My cat was seriously ill. After leaving one emergency vet hospital, where we waited in a room for over an hour and wasn’t seen, we came here. We were seen before I even finished filling out the paperwork. My cat received 3 shots and a take home antibiotic. Reasonably priced. A day later, I began to see an improvement. Thanks for a speedy, friendly experience. I now know where to go when my pets have an emergency.
