We have lived here in Apt 202 and 111 for almost a year. Our manager has been helpful in all our moving needs. She has been helpful no matter what the situation. Keeping 112 units up and running is a chore but maintenance has been spot on. Things that have to be ordered slows repairs up and residents need to know this. We are grateful for our downstairs apartment. less wear and tear on the body at our age. So thanks for our manager and what she goes through daily
I have had several problems with Spiders and scorpions. Have made several complaints to the office yet nothing has been done. The current manager is rarely ever in the office so rent can’t be paid. By the time you are able to catch her in the office it’s past the time rent is due and she constantly tries to charge late fees for her short comings. This is an awful place and would not recommend to anyone..
