Madison swimming pools are simply amazing! I had to learn very quickly how to manage a commercial swimming pool last year, and they were there beside me every step of the way. They were always available to answer my questions or to do a water test when I was unsure of my own results. I am disappointed with the customer service I received. I called and spoke to Donna, who had an extremely poor attitude. She barely allowed me to speak and, when I asked to speak to someone else, she stated, "I run this" and continued to talk over me. While I understand that one person's behavior may not reflect the entire company's standards, Donna's conduct has completely ruined my experience and makes me hesitant to do any further business with Madison Swimming Pools.
