Since day one, we've been treated as family by everyone who worked with us at Madison Pools. We had a dream of having a lap pool, and the professionals at Madison made our dream come true. I can't imagine trusting such a huge and technically complicated job with anyone else. Madison Pools, you have our undying faith and gratitude.
Madison Pools was able to get Tennessee State University’s pool under a challenging deadline. They were professional and went above and beyond in maintaining communication regarding any changes that came about. TSU Aquatics is very appreciative! I just walked in and was not greeted. The gentleman at the front desk was sitting there as if he had no interest in assisting customers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. After I took the initiative to greet him, he responded sarcastically and continued typing on whatever he was working on behind the counter. I was referred here by someone who spoke very highly of your business, so I was genuinely excited to visit. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction completely ruined that experience.
